Thread Guy

Boom. What’s up, dude? How is Derek? How are you? How are you, buddy?

Insentos

It was nice talking. Everything is fine. It seems like we’re communicating for the first time.

Thread Guy

That’s for sure. I’m your fan, dude. We were talking a little bit about CashCat yesterday, and I was like, “Oh my God, Insentos.” I looked, and it seems like the fear of missing out on returns and withdrawals has tainted some of your posts a bit. I’ll ask you about the whole deal. We’ll talk about it, but it’s an impressive deal.

Could you please introduce yourself a little bit in case any of the stream viewers don’t know you?

Insentos

Hi, all. My name is Insentos. I’m just a trader. I’ve been trading memes for the last 3 years, and there’s nothing special about me, although some would say that I’m really good. That’s all.

Thread Guy

Cool. I’m a little tired. I just woke up. Hey, thanks for standing up for us, by the way.

Insentos

Yes, of course.

Thread Guy

Dude, tell me—there are a lot of interesting topics for you right now. There’s a project called Robinhood where you’re very active. There’s also this intersection of trader content and content creators, which is obviously something that inspires me a lot, and I think you benefit from that a lot, too.

The last couple of months have been really cool. Tell me your general opinion about the current blockchain network. Where is it now, how popular is it, and where do you think it’s heading?

Insentos

Yeah, things are pretty crazy right now. I won’t lie. The trading volume is huge, and new stories emerge every day. We’re seeing the return of some of the most famous names and some of the most influential players to the arena. We’re seeing the return of Kobe Bryant, and someone started their own project. CZ is active in creating memes again. Vlad, obviously.

For me, that became an indicator that maybe something was gaining momentum that I didn’t know about. Predicting the start of a bull market is quite difficult, but obviously these people are 100 times smarter than me, and they’re hanging out with some of the smartest people in the room. That made me think that maybe there’s a bull market brewing and something bigger is coming.

I don’t know, but everything is just crazy now. We’re seeing new players appearing every day. We obviously haven’t seen CashCat hit the million mark, which would be one of the craziest results in a long time, and he’s almost in eighth place again. So, yes, something incredible is happening on the blockchain.

Thread Guy

Do you trade big cryptocurrencies and big altcoins like Hype and Zach? Do you mainly trade on-chain?

Insentos

I mainly trade on-chain. I would say that 5 or 6 months ago, when things were really slow, I did a little trading in the big cryptocurrencies and some stocks. But now that on-chain is in vogue, I can reduce the risks a little bit, the large amounts, and just go back to—

Thread Guy

You’ve been trading Micron a lot, right?

Insentos

Yeah, I traded Micron, too.

Thread Guy

You were a good trader, weren’t you?

Insentos

Yeah, I was trading well at the time of the earnings report, and I was trading well overall. But I ended up overbought in almost everything, even though I was up about $700,000 on the Micron report. Then I just held it until I had a loss of about $100,000 because I was too greedy.

Thread Guy

Crap. I remember you wrote that you were long at the time of the earnings report. I completely forgot about that.

Can you tell me about your deal with CashCat? This trade really impressed me. I was looking at the chart, and I bought and sold it very early. I look at the chart and I’m like, “There are probably 5 different points where I’m just getting out of this coin.” There were 5 different moments where I would have walked out and hoped for it to fail if I had your position. Tell me more about this deal.

Insentos

A lot of people became very bullish on CashCat later than many on-chain traders, and people only saw the previous position. I only had 1.1% in total. On average, I would say around $100–120 million.

I held the coin, obviously, until the first rise, when it was worth $240 million. I was up almost $2 million—a crazy amount. Then we saw a huge pullback. In the end, I held it until I lost money and continued to average down.

It seemed like the coin was practically dead many times. These are usually the best deals, when the entire market disagrees with them. The entire market sees no solution or disagrees with the decision. That’s why I held it for a very long time.

I actually thought it was almost over when it hit $30 million, but I was so intrigued that Robinhood kept pushing me to promote the coin. Imagine if the ceiling for a fast-growing coin on the blockchain was a million. It wouldn’t look very good.

But when I really realized that the coin was going to be a billion-dollar coin and the market didn’t see it—nobody saw it—that was when it got listed on Robinhood and sold. That’s when I thought to myself, “It’s over.”

Thread Guy

No, that’s when I thought, “Wow, people still don’t see this perspective.”

Insentos

I was literally texting my watch dealer because I had a huge Richard Mille watch, and I said, “I need to get another one.” I sold my watch and didn’t care anymore. I lost $30,000 on my watch. I thought, “I need to sell these right now.” I sold it and then bought more.

By about $100 million, that’s when this crazy rise happened. The reason I don’t think the entire market agreed with this trade and saw it coming is because many traders were trading this coin the same way they were in 2024.

It’s like a crazy coin hits the market and immediately reaches a billion. Huge trading volume. A huge number of people. I think people expected the Robinhood listing to push the coin to a billion. They expected a lot of people to buy it for hundreds of thousands of dollars right after the listing, but the market isn’t like that now.

I remember asking Ansem, “What do you think about this? This is a crazy sale.” He said that a listing on Robinhood doesn’t mean that retail buyers will buy $100,000 immediately after the listing. But imagine a million people on the Robinhood app buying $100. He said, “It will be profitable.”

He’s a genius in this matter because he instilled optimism in me. He basically said, “This will generate profit and increase the trading volume of the coin.” That’s literally what happened.

After the listing on Robinhood, I think holders were saying that we were growing our positions by 10–15% every day just because of Robinhood. That’s when the coin experienced this crazy rise.

I sold a little. I think I sold about 30% of my position.

But now, because I believed in the idea, got some support, and saw the potential, I have over $2 million in total assets—about $2 million in total.

Thread Guy

Wow. How much money did you lose when you had $30 million?

Insentos

At $30 million, I lost maybe $1.5 million.

Thread Guy

My God. How come you didn’t sell? How come you didn’t sell and quit the game when you had $30 million?

Insentos

Well, if my first instinct wasn’t to sell at the peak, I wouldn’t have sold at the low either. I had already held it at the peak, so I knew I had to hold it through the decline, too.

Thread Guy

I mean, yes. I think when it comes to yourself, you have to follow your initial strategy to the end.

Insentos

I had the initial concept, and I documented it all. I said, “Okay, Robinhood is going to push this as their flagship coin. The coin has a good community. The team is still active. The team did not abandon the token.”

If you look at me now, for example, Ponds [?], Index [?], and CashCat—these are all tokens that didn’t give up when they were essentially dead. The teams are still working. They’re still developing. The communities are still developing and still working.

I’ve seen the CashCat team, and I’ve seen the community still actively promoting the token. No one has really given up on it. So it was very easy for me to become optimistic and believe this story.

Thread Guy

The thing is, you spend a lot of money. I don’t know what your situation is, but I know you’re making big trades that move both ways. They’re very volatile. For example, the Micron deal was—

Insentos

It was a sharp turnaround in both directions, right?

Thread Guy

This CashCat case was simply quality. He’s just wildly hesitant. How much does daily uPnL affect your mental state? Because I have it really bad, man. Bitcoin goes up to 81 and I’m euphoric, and then it goes back to 78 and I see the pump coming down and I’m a little bit down.

How much does uPnL affect your mental state and confidence in your trading skills?

Insentos

I wouldn’t say uPnL has a big influence on me. I think sometimes this “circular motion” really gets to me. I think there are just random nights because I’ve had crazy circular movements since I’ve been trading like this for the last 2 years where I get very bullish on a token. I’m 7 figures ahead, and then maybe nothing works out. Maybe I don’t even lose money.

Money is important, of course, but I constantly think about what would have happened if I had sold and what would have happened if I had done everything right. I think it’s deals like these that keep me up at night.

There were a couple of trades where I thought I should just retire and stop playing.

Thread Guy

Which one of them evokes the strongest thoughts in you?

Insentos

I think it’s the one I think about the most, just because of how easy it was. Here are 2 more deals that keep me up at night thinking, “Wow, if I had done everything right, my life would have turned out differently.”

The first one is Libra. I think a lot of people played it wrong. I was sleeping at my desk because I was thinking, “That was in my prime. Well, that’s [__].”

I was just working, and suddenly I hear in my ears, “Archie just flipped a coin, so what?” I invested $1 million without thinking, just because, well, it doesn’t matter.

And within 20 minutes, I was up $5 million—somewhere between $4 million and $5 million. Literally, in 20 minutes. Any normal person would have noticed it instantly, and I literally saw the developer sell and still didn’t sell. So I held the stock and ended up with what I think was a $100,000 loss. But it was only $5 million in an hour or so.

This is one of those situations that keeps you up at night. Why didn’t I just take 50% when the developer sold? I could still have made $2 million. Do you know what I mean? The second one is ASTA. In ASTA, I made $5 million in 2 days. I still made $1 million, but it was another one of those situations where everyone around me was selling at $2, and I just got hyper-bullish and held until $0.60. I didn’t take anything—initially, I didn’t sell anything. I only ended up walking away with $1 million, but it’s another one of those times when I thought, “I should have just taken $5 million. I should have moved on to the next trade.” ASTA was just crazy.

Thread Guy

So, is this your style? You now have a huge position in Cash Cat. How many other coins are you investing in, and how closely do you follow the new developments that appear every day?

Insentos

Cash Cat is the only thing I’m holding. I hold another coin that I recently invested in—CC. I don’t know if you’ve heard of it. It’s Creative Capital.

Thread Guy

Okay, I know.

Insentos

Yes, yes. But I have very strong anxiety, so it affects my trading. I can’t hold several positions at the same time. I can’t be nervous about them. I need all my attention focused on one thing.

Thread Guy

Yes. And that’s all. I think that too. Yeah, I’m not much of a trader, but when I have a few positions, I still prefer to work in the trenches, quickly resell, and all that. So I still trade that way, but when I’m in one position, that’s what I focus on.

Insentos

I feel it too. Even if I’m long a pump right now and I’m not going to do anything—there are no buttons I can press, and I’m not going to sell or buy more—I still can’t mentally take a big position in anything else. I don’t know what this is.

Thread Guy

Yeah, exactly. Your head has to be clear. You need to keep a clear mind.

Insentos

This is driving me crazy. I don’t want to make any trades or take any other big positions when I’m in a position. I don’t know what this is.

Thread Guy

Yes, I’m the same. So, what do you think about price appreciation in 2026? We saw Cash Cat, and we saw what Coinbase did, where they crashed the prices hard. You can imagine that there will be the kind of legendary gold listing wars that we’ve always dreamed of. How should you trade coins that are being listed, or how do you think one should trade them?

Insentos

A lot of people, I think, feel that it depends on the listing. The Coinbase listing was obviously a complete failure, right? Base Cats are lower than the price they were listed at, and I think it’s about the same scenario as Cash Cat, where the price is lower than it was at listing.

Thread Guy

Yes, but I think the Coinbase listing left a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths. Nobody really wants to trade there.

Insentos

Now there’s Binance. They haven’t listed their assets yet, although they’ve listed Binance Alpha several times. I think many people believe that the best way to trade these listings is not to sell the catalyst, but to play the entire period the coin is on the exchange.

Thread Guy

Yeah, I would say so.

Insentos

I think we’re still very early, and now is definitely the time to believe in a certain story. If you’re holding something and it goes public, that should make you 10 times more bullish. If you want to buy a coin and it gets listed on an exchange, it might be a good time to buy, simply because listings increase trading volume and you and the holders.

Thread Guy

Another thought about Cash Cat is that, frankly, all these coins—Robinhood, POND, even AI—all of this took time to develop.

Insentos

I feel like by 2024, when a new coin comes out, we’ll start trading it right away at $250 million, like Jelly. We’re just moving in a straight line: let’s take off right now. These runners on-chain took much longer. For example, you can reach $10 million to $15 million in 1 day, but after that, it takes a long time for everything to turn around. Ponds have a crazy schedule.

Thread Guy

Yes, I agree.

Insentos

I think the difference is that people are definitely a lot more afraid—much more afraid. Traders are also much smarter. Traders were a lot smarter than they were in 2024 and 2025. For example, when P came on Robinhood, it went from, I think, $200 million to $1 billion in a day.

Thread Guy

Disgusting. Is that true?

Insentos

I also think there was a lot of stupid money back then. Every day, you could hear stories about how some random person had just invested $500,000 in your portfolio for no reason. Do you know what I mean? It seems to me that people have become much smarter. As far as retail goes, I feel like it’s become a lot more scared as well. A lot of retail investors were hit hard in the last cycle.

So, yes, I think things will move more slowly. People will be more careful, more afraid to buy, and they’ll think too much. I don’t know. It’s definitely a different game.

Thread Guy

How do you think social trading will develop? Are you seeing your numbers on TikTok and other platforms skyrocket right now? How much more popular are you becoming?

Insentos

I love social trading, especially because I’m trying to be a content creator and build a brand. Many people hate it, but I haven’t heard any arguments for why people hate it. We live in a time when a lot of content creators lie, and now we have a way to prove to your audience that you actually trade well.

You can start building a brand and a community, and the fastest and easiest way to do that is to become a good trader on a social trading platform like FOMO or Pump Up. For example, Porgo Porgo has 600,000 subscribers. He probably never even filmed a video, right? So, yes, social trading is cool. There are also ways to make money from social trading now, such as rewards for content creators and things like that.

Thread Guy

How much have you earned from the content-creator rewards?

Insentos

This month, probably—or just a week or two ago—but about $6,000 or $7,000.

Thread Guy

Yeah, but that’s $7,000 from—

Insentos

Well, you know, I’m already trading, so it’s not like I’m doing something completely different. Social trading is cool, and now when I post videos on TikTok, a ton of people are like, “Hey, dude, you’re a cool dude.” So it’s become easier to grow. It’s easier for people to develop on social networks when they’ve already established themselves as good traders.

Thread Guy

Do you think people who subscribe because they see you on TikTok also see you on Instagram? Do you think people who watch your videos, especially the viral ones on TikTok and Instagram, will download these trading apps?

Insentos

Yes, I think so. I can only imagine how many people get FOMO after seeing a cool PnL, or when they see someone making money. When you see someone like Kimchi, you think, “I should give it a try,” especially if you’ve never tried it before.

Thread Guy

So, what is your money-management plan for the future?

Insentos

I sold 30%.

Thread Guy

Good. Great. Is that the starting amount?

Insentos

No, not quite—less than the initial amount. Probably less than the initial amount, yes.

Thread Guy

And now is a good time to sell.

Insentos

Yes, I felt I had to sell.

Thread Guy

Pretty good, huh? Actually, yes, it was nice.

Insentos

It was nice. I felt like I definitely took a lot of stress off myself. I think I sold 30% as a little bit of insurance, and I want to see how that plays out over the rest of the cycle.

If we’re at the beginning of a 4-year cycle—the beginning of a bull market—OnChain needs Dog with Hats, Pop Cats—I can’t remember any other coins, but those are the coins that need to reach multi-billion-dollar volatility. And all that. Yes, yes, the number of these coins needs to reach several billions in order to establish some kind of ceiling and standard, to understand, “This is what it takes for the number of good coins to grow.”

If we get to that point in the cycle, I think Cash Cat will be one of those coins that sets the standard for the entire Robinhood chain.

Thread Guy

Yeah, maybe this isn’t the best meme. Maybe there’s another one that’s funnier or something like that.

Insentos

I just want it to look like this is the coin that sets the standard for Robinhood, and I want to be a part of that if it happens.

Thread Guy

One of the last questions I want to ask you is Robinhood versus Solana. What do you think, bro? Robinhood is the first to launch on-chain, and frankly, I didn’t take it seriously at all. I was here during Base and all these other situations, and it always seemed like exchange blockchains weren’t the main focus. They were more of a secondary tool for tokenizing something.

Then Robinhood comes along and says, “We’re tokenizing our RWAs,” and I’m like, “Okay, whatever. Tokenized RWAs? What?” It’s the same thing we’ve heard every time. I didn’t pay much attention to it.

Then Vlad started promoting crypto aggressively, and after a couple of months I was like, “Damn, this is a monster.” Now, every time I’m offered a new coin, it’s the Robinhood coin. So I think Robinhood is an existential threat to Solana, especially to pump coins, because I love Pump.fun. Pump.fun’s revenues have been growing, but not all of these coins are unique.

Insentos

Yes. I think the reason Robinhood is doing so well is that Vlad has a really good understanding of what it takes to make a blockchain work.

Thread Guy

Like we saw with Base, where they were so focused on builders, right? They weren't interested in memes. I think Vlad understands what trading volume is, and I think they're very greedy for money. They know they want money. They don't care, so he knows what it takes to make money and generate trading volume, and that's why his blockchain is doing so well, right?

It has memes, it has RWAs, it has tech coins, and it's all good. One thing I can say is that Solana will always have—and this will always be Pump.fun's bread and butter—narrative coins, like Elon's tweets. I don't think these utility coins will still work on BNB, Robinhood, Base, or anything else.

So I guess Pump.fun probably doesn't feel threatened by it. I don't know. I think as long as narrative coins and tweets and all that stuff work for Pump.fun, they'll probably be happy with it. But as far as tech coins, RWAs, and even some of the Robinhood memes go, Robinhood is doing really well. Trading volume on Robinhood is off the charts.

Let me ask you: do you think the idea of the “narrative runner” is dead? Because if you look at the coins that are doing really well on-chain right now, especially on Robinhood, they're not narrative runners. Even Cash Cat isn't exactly a “narrative runner.” It's more like the legendary Robinhood, a kind of mandate from heaven. For me, it's something completely different.

Do you think these coins are reaching lower and lower highs? They're still showing trading volume, but do you think the “narrative runner” concept will get a second wind, or is it dead?

Insentos

I would say that definitely, definitely, the ceilings are much lower now than they were before. We just haven't seen runners with a storyline for so long. For example, back then we had Peanuts and Mudangs. All these random things were selling so well, and I think that's just going to come with more retail traders on the blockchain.

It's going to be much easier for retail traders to buy Mudang than Ponds. So I think once we get more players into the arena, we'll start seeing more trading volume toward runners with storylines and stuff like that.

Thread Guy

Ponds is definitely a cryptocurrency designed specifically for this purpose.

Insentos

Yeah, I didn't even touch it. I never even understood what was so attractive about it. It's definitely a shame to see it over $100 million now. They just have such huge trading volume.

Thread Guy

Yeah, this is madness. That's true, but yeah, it's a bad feeling. This is a bad feeling. Dude, you're sick. I think this is your deal.

Let me ask you one last question. How did you first make money? What trade helped you get over the threshold of serious trading?

Insentos

I think it was a coin called Magnet [?]. It was some kind of random energy.

Thread Guy

Oh, I remember. Around $7 million or $10 million?

Insentos

Yeah, then about $20 million.

Thread Guy

But was all of this public?

Insentos

Yeah, Magnet [?]. I only had about $10,000. I made money just by scalping. I made $200 every day, and I was happy. I thought, “Okay, I'll build my portfolio this way.”

Then I started very early, and I think I made $200,000 in a day, with it having only a $10–20 million market cap. I thought, “Wow, okay, wow!” That was money that changed my life. I could take it seriously and turn it into something incredible.

Thread Guy

Yeah, that was on Photon, was it?

Insentos

Yeah, I was on Photon.

Thread Guy

Yeah, the good old days. Wow, I remember this coin. This coin had a crazy P&L.

Insentos

Yeah, I think I was one of the best traders on it. That was the coin where I saw the future for memes and was able to make it my life.

Thread Guy

Damn, GG. Well, dude, you're cool. The Cash Cat deal is iconic.

Insentos

I know it's not over yet, so I hate when people congratulate me on the deal, but so far it's been awesome.

Thread Guy

People wanted to know when you were going live and stuff. When do you go live? How do people find you?

Insentos

I go live on Twitch about every day after 6:00 p.m. And then I constantly post videos on TikTok and Instagram Reels, and I also post tutorials on YouTube. That's what I'm doing now.

Thread Guy

Cool. This is Insentos, chat, bro. Good luck with everything. I hope we can reach record highs.

Insentos

Okay, brother. Word.

Thread Guy

Word. Yo, I like him, bro. Chat, I like this guy. Looks like Insentos. I like him. I like him very much. No, he's not tall. I mean, he trades really well, man. He trades great. This guy here. This guy trades cool.
